Learn the job by doing the job.
We take on a small number of people each year in Cyber Security, Networking, Development and Artificial Intelligence. You are paired with a practitioner, and you work on paying client projects from the first week. Everyone starts in Wayanad, on the same work the rest of the team is doing.

Career tracks
Four tracks.
Each one is led by someone delivering that work for clients. Open the full page for the skills, the projects and the length of each.
How hiring works
Five steps, and you know where you stand at each one.
- 01
Apply
Tell us who you are and which track you want. No experience needed. We care more about whether you finish things.
- 02
Conversation
A short call to hear what you want out of this, and to check we would put you in front of a client.
- 03
Mentor pairing
You are paired with someone doing this work for clients this week, not someone who used to.
- 04
Real project work
From week one you work on live client projects, with your work reviewed before it ships.
- 05
What you leave with
Work you can show, references from the people you worked with, and a permanent role if there is one to offer.
Common questions
Frequently asked.
Do I need prior experience to apply?
No. All four tracks are open to beginners. We look for people who finish what they start, and you are paired with a practitioner from day one.
Is this a course or a job?
Neither exactly. You work on real client projects from the first week rather than exercises, alongside the person who delivers that work for clients. Strong performers are considered for a permanent role.
How long does a career track run?
Three to six months depending on the track. Cyber Security runs three to six, Networking three to five, Development and Artificial Intelligence four to six.

No formal experience required. Every track is open to beginners who finish what they start.
