Pillar 04

Infrastructure & Cyber Security

We run the physical and network layer, and the security work around it. We have carried out VAPT for Yesbharath and HOD Club, hardened Yesbharath's network and servers, and installed CCTV and self check-in at Cloudbeddy and Casabliss Residency.

What's included

Detailed capabilities.

Each item is scoped, delivered and supported by our own team, and none of it is passed to a subcontractor.

The cabling, cameras and access control a building runs on.

  • CCTV & surveillance
  • Access control & self check-in

  • WiFi & network infrastructure
  • Smart office and hotel systems

03

Managed IT

Somebody watching it, so you are not the first to notice.

  • Server and uptime monitoring
  • Patching and updates
  • Backup & recovery, tested
  • Incident response
  • A named technical contact

Why it matters

What this actually changes for you.

01

Tested, not assumed

A VAPT engagement ends in a written report: findings ranked by what they would actually cost you, the steps to fix each one, and a retest once you have. Yesbharath and HOD Club have both been through it.

02

The same team on both sides of the wall

The people specifying your cameras and access control are the people hardening your servers and reviewing the software we write. Most incidents start in the gap between those jobs.

03

Someone comes to the building

Surveys, installations and faults are handled in person. We are in Wayanad and travel for on-site work across Kerala and the rest of India.

How we work

Six steps, every engagement.

The same documented process for a custom build, a website or an installation. You always know which stage you are on, and what you hold at the end of it.

  1. 01

    We watch the work happen

We spend time with the people doing the job, at the desk, in the store room, wherever it actually happens. Every step gets written down, including the ones nobody mentions in a meeting because they are too obvious.

  2. 02

    We count the manual steps

Each step gets a number against it: how often it happens, how long it takes, and where the mistakes creep in. That is what tells us which parts are worth automating and which are fine as they are.

  3. 03

    You approve the scope

We come back with what we would build, in what order, at what price, by what date. If a step is cheaper to fix with a habit than with software, we will say so.

  4. 04

We build in stages you can see

The first usable version lands early, and you use it while the rest is built. Weekly updates, and a working link, not a status report about a status report.

  5. 05

Your team is trained on it

We train the people who will use it every day, on their own data, before go-live. If something takes more than one explanation, that is our design problem and we change it.

  6. 06

We stay on for what comes next

Rules change, the business grows, someone thinks of a better report. Monthly support keeps the same people available to change it.

Common questions

Frequently asked.

Do you carry out penetration testing?

Yes: web, mobile, network and cloud. Every engagement is run by a practitioner and ends in a written report and a remediation retest. Yesbharath and HOD Club are recent examples.

Can you install CCTV and networking on site?

Yes. We survey, specify, install and maintain CCTV, access control, self check-in, attendance systems and WiFi, the same package running at Cloudbeddy and Casabliss Residency.

What does managed IT cover?

Uptime and server monitoring, patching, backups, recovery, incident response and a named technical contact. Response times are agreed in writing before the retainer starts.

What does Encrypt Bytes Labs do?

We are a complete digital partner working across four disciplines, usually more than one at a time. Secure custom software: booking platforms, CRM and ERP, payroll, inventory and reporting, built with security review inside the development process rather than after it. Websites and digital experience: corporate sites, eCommerce and customer portals. Brand, content and growth: identity, company profiles, photography, video, SEO and paid media. Cyber security and infrastructure: penetration testing, server and network hardening, CCTV, access control and managed IT.

Where is Encrypt Bytes Labs based?

In Sulthan Bathery, Wayanad, Kerala. We travel for on-site work across Kerala and the rest of India, and we work remotely with clients elsewhere, including Oman.
