Choose a track

Four tracks, one mentor each.

Pick the one closest to the work you want to do. Each track is led by a practitioner delivering it for clients, so what you learn is what we ship.

3 to 6 months

Cyber Security

Find the holes before someone else does.

You learn offensive and defensive security from the people who run our engagements (the VAPT, network security and server hardening we have done for clients like Yesbharath and HOD Club), and then work alongside them on live assessments.

Real work you will do

  • Assist on real client security assessments
  • Build and maintain internal security tooling

Networking

Design it, install it, keep it up.

You learn routing, switching and wireless on infrastructure that clients depend on, then help survey, install and support it on site. Much of this work is done in the building, not over a ticket.

  • Configure and deploy network hardware for clients

Development

Write code that goes live.

You work across web, mobile and cloud, contributing to client projects from the first week: the kind of booking engines, property sites and payroll systems people use every day of the week.

Artificial Intelligence

Automate the work nobody wants to repeat.

We train people in artificial intelligence against real business problems: chatbots that answer a guest at 1am, WhatsApp and CRM automations, and the data plumbing that keeps them accurate.

How the mentoring works

One practitioner, not a classroom.

There is no lecture hall and no cohort of sixty. You sit with the person doing the work, and your work is reviewed before it reaches a client.

Your mentor is on client work this week

Every mentor is running assessments, shipping code or installing hardware for a paying client. You learn the version of the job that exists, not the version in a syllabus.

Live projects, from week one

You contribute to client deliverables rather than exercises. What you build goes in front of someone who paid for it. Reviewed first, but yours.

The part nobody teaches

How to estimate, how to say a date and hold it, how to write an update someone can act on. We work on that alongside the technical side.

It does not end on your last day

People who leave stay in touch, get referred for roles, and come back for advice. That is worth more than a certificate.
