Based in Wayanad. Working wherever you are.

A complete digital partner. We design, build and secure custom business software, websites and portals, brand and content, and the networks, CCTV and cyber security beneath them, then support all of it afterwards. Based in Wayanad, working with clients across India and internationally.

What we do

We design, build and secure the systems a business runs on.

Most small and mid-sized organisations run on a stack of spreadsheets, a messaging group and somebody's memory. It holds until it doesn't: the same figure keyed into three places, a booking lost to a stale sheet, an afternoon spent assembling a report. We document how the work is actually done, then deliver software that carries the repeated parts, and we secure, host and support it afterwards as one accountable team.

A business usually ends up with a website from one supplier, a CRM from another, a marketing agency on a third contract and a security vendor who has never spoken to any of them. Each piece works. The joins are where things fail, and the joins are what we take on.

We are in Sulthan Bathery, Wayanad. We travel for the work that needs a person in the building, whether surveys, installations or camera and network faults, across Kerala and the rest of India, and we work remotely with clients elsewhere, including Oman.

Scoped and costed before delivery

We observe the operation as it runs and quantify every manual step. You receive the process map and a fixed price before development begins.

One system, one source of truth

Payroll and attendance stop living in a paper register and a spreadsheet beside it. A booking is recorded once and appears everywhere it is needed, so no one rekeys it into a second place.

Security built in, not bolted on

The engineers who run penetration tests for our clients review what we ship, and the infrastructure takes a second branch or property without a rebuild.

In the building

We start by watching the work happen.

Surveys, installations and walkthroughs are done on site, because the steps that cost you a day are the ones nobody thinks to mention in a meeting.

How we operate

Four things we hold to.

These are the commitments clients hold us to, and the reason most first projects turn into a second one.

01

One person answers for it

Whatever goes wrong, there is one number to call. We do not hand you between suppliers, and we do not explain a problem by pointing at someone else's system.

02

The people who scope it build it

There is no account manager sitting between you and whoever is writing the code or racking the hardware. You talk to them directly.

03

Written down before it is built

Goals, milestones and dates go in a document before work starts. You should never have to ask what stage a project is at.

04

You own what we build

Your accounts, your credentials, your code, your data. Nothing is held back, and another team could pick it up tomorrow.

Why clients stay

Outcome over output.

We stay accountable after launch

Most clients retain us on monthly support. The engineer you call in year two is the engineer who built it in year one.

One team across the whole stack

The same team writes the software, hardens the server and runs the cable. Nothing waits on a second supplier to reply.

Plain language, in writing

Scope, price and dates in a document you can read in one sitting. Changes are quoted before they start, not after.

How we work

Six steps, every engagement.

The same documented process for a custom build, a website or an installation. You always know which stage you are on, and what you hold at the end of it.

  1. 01

    We watch the work happen

We spend time with the people doing the job, at the desk, in the store room, wherever it actually happens. Every step gets written down, including the ones nobody mentions in a meeting because they are too obvious.

  2. 02

    We count the manual steps

Each step gets a number against it: how often it happens, how long it takes, and where the mistakes creep in. That is what tells us which parts are worth automating and which are fine as they are.

  3. 03

    You approve the scope

We come back with what we would build, in what order, at what price, by what date. If a step is cheaper to fix with a habit than with software, we will say so.

  4. 04

We build in stages you can see

The first usable version lands early, and you use it while the rest is built. Weekly updates, and a working link, not a status report about a status report.

  5. 05

Your team is trained on it

We train the people who will use it every day, on their own data, before go-live. If something takes more than one explanation, that is our design problem and we change it.

  6. 06

We stay on for what comes next

Rules change, the business grows, someone thinks of a better report. Monthly support keeps the same people available to change it.

Aligned with

Standards we work to.

We are not an audit firm and we do not issue certificates. We build and test against the standards your auditor, insurer or enterprise customer will ask about, and our reports are written to be handed straight to them.

Common questions

Frequently asked.

What does Encrypt Bytes Labs do?

We are a complete digital partner working across four disciplines, usually more than one at a time. Secure custom software: booking platforms, CRM and ERP, payroll, inventory and reporting, built with security review inside the development process rather than after it. Websites and digital experience: corporate sites, eCommerce and customer portals. Brand, content and growth: identity, company profiles, photography, video, SEO and paid media. Cyber security and infrastructure: penetration testing, server and network hardening, CCTV, access control and managed IT.

Where is Encrypt Bytes Labs based?

In Sulthan Bathery, Wayanad, Kerala, India. Kerala is our home market and the one we can reach on site the same week, including Kochi, Kozhikode, Thrissur, Kannur and Thiruvananthapuram.

Do you work with clients outside Kerala?

Yes. Kerala is where we are and where we do most on-site work, but it is not the limit. We travel for on-site work across India, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Coimbatore, and we deliver remotely for clients anywhere in the world. We already have delivered work in Oman, and the Gulf generally is a market we serve. Software, websites, brand work and security testing do not require us to be in the room; only cabling, cameras and access control do.

How does a remote engagement work?

The same six steps as an on-site one, with the process walkthrough done over video and screen share instead of at your desk. You get the same written scope with fixed price and dates, staged delivery, training on your own data before go-live, and the same engineer on support afterwards. Everything is handed over with documentation, and you own the code, the data and the hosting accounts.

Why use one digital partner instead of separate vendors?

Because a booking taken on your website has to land in the system your staff use, over a network that has to be secure. Split across three suppliers, the joins between them are nobody's responsibility. Here they are ours, under one accountable lead.

How quickly do you respond to an enquiry?

Within one business day. The person who replies is the person who would lead the work.

Is security part of the build, or a separate engagement?

It is part of the build. The engineers who deliver penetration tests for our clients review what we ship, so per-role access, credential handling, encryption in transit and tested backups belong to the development work rather than a later audit. A formal assessment of a system we did not build is scoped separately.
