Four pillars, custom software first.

We lead with software built around how your business already runs, because that is where the hours go. The other three pillars exist because the system you run touches all of them: the site it sits behind, the brand on it, and the network and cameras underneath.

  • Process mapped before we quote
  • Fixed scope, price and dates
  • You own the code and the data

Our capabilities

Four kinds of work.

Each pillar covers three categories. Every item listed is something we scope, deliver and support ourselves, and none of it is passed to a subcontractor.

What we lead with

Custom Software & Automation

We start by walking through your process with the people who run it, then build software that takes the manual steps out. Payroll and employee management for Wayanad Granites, a hospitality management suite for Zero One Residency, and the booking engine, channel manager and self check-in behind Cloudbeddy and Casabliss Residency all started the same way: a spreadsheet, a register and far too much retyping.

Understanding the process

Before any code, we learn the job as it is actually done.

  • On-site process walkthrough
  • Task, time and error audit
  • Automation shortlist, ranked by what it costs you
  • Written scope with fixed dates
  • Success measured in numbers you already track

Systems we build

The screens your team lives in from morning to close.

  • Admin dashboards & internal tools
  • CRM and customer records
  • Booking, scheduling & property systems
  • Inventory, billing & invoicing
  • Payroll, attendance & employee management
  • Reporting and approval workflows
  • Mobile apps for staff in the field

Daily task automation

The small repeated jobs that quietly eat a working week.

  • WhatsApp, SMS & email notifications
  • Scheduled reports and reminders
  • Data entry removed through integrations & imports
  • Approval chains and escalations
  • Bridges between tools you already pay for
  • AI assistants for routine questions

Pillar 02

Websites & Digital Experience

A website earns its keep by producing enquiries and bookings, so that is what we build for. Viewpoint Wayanad's resort site came out of this team, and the booking flows behind Cloudbeddy and Casabliss Residency take the reservation on the property's own site instead of handing it to a platform.

Websites & platforms

Where a customer meets you and decides whether to get in touch.

  • Corporate & business websites
  • Hospitality and property sites
  • eCommerce platforms
  • Landing pages for campaigns
  • Customer and partner portals

Speed, search & accessibility

The unglamorous work that decides whether anyone finds you.

  • Core Web Vitals and page speed
  • Technical SEO and structured data
  • Accessible markup and keyboard support
  • Analytics and conversion tracking
  • Multi-device and multi-aspect-ratio layouts

Care after launch

A site is a living thing, not a delivery.

  • Hosting and domain management
  • Content updates and new sections
  • Security patching and backups
  • Uptime monitoring
  • A named contact for changes

Pillar 03

Brand, Content & Growth

We make the things people judge you by. The Tanmia food and beverage profile and the Aqua Shield Oman water-purifier profile were produced here, and the Golden Oak video was shot by our own crew. When the website is ours as well, the photographs are shot to fit the pages they will sit on.

  • Logo design
  • Brand identity systems
  • Company profiles
  • Brand guidelines
  • Print and marketing collateral

Content production

Shot by our own crew, from the drone footage to the final grade.

  • Photography
  • Drone cinematography
  • Commercial video

Growth marketing

Search, ads and social, reported in numbers you can check.

  • SEO
  • Google & Meta advertising
  • Social media management
  • Content marketing
  • Lead generation
  • Analytics and monthly reporting

Pillar 04

Infrastructure & Cyber Security

We run the physical and network layer, and the security work around it. We have carried out VAPT for Yesbharath and HOD Club, hardened Yesbharath's network and servers, and installed CCTV and self check-in at Cloudbeddy and Casabliss Residency.

What we do

We design, build and secure the systems a business runs on.

Most small and mid-sized organisations run on a stack of spreadsheets, a messaging group and somebody's memory. It holds until it doesn't: the same figure keyed into three places, a booking lost to a stale sheet, an afternoon spent assembling a report. We document how the work is actually done, then deliver software that carries the repeated parts — and we secure, host and support it afterwards, as one accountable team.

Discovery and scoping before a price

We observe the operation as it runs and quantify every manual step. You receive the process map and a fixed price before development begins.

One system, one source of truth

Wayanad Granites runs payroll and attendance in a single system instead of paper and a spreadsheet. Cloudbeddy records a booking once and it appears everywhere it is needed.

Secure development, not a late audit

The engineers who run penetration tests for our clients review what we ship, and the infrastructure takes a second branch or property without a rebuild.

How we work

Six steps, every engagement.

The same documented process for a custom build, a website or an installation. You always know which stage you are on, and what you hold at the end of it.

  1. 01

    We watch the work happen

We spend time with the people doing the job, at the desk, in the store room, wherever it actually happens. Every step gets written down, including the ones nobody mentions in a meeting because they are too obvious.

  2. 02

    We count the manual steps

Each step gets a number against it: how often it happens, how long it takes, and where the mistakes creep in. That is what tells us which parts are worth automating and which are fine as they are.

  3. 03

    You approve the scope

We come back with what we would build, in what order, at what price, by what date. If a step is cheaper to fix with a habit than with software, we will say so.

  4. 04

We build in stages you can see

The first usable version lands early, and you use it while the rest is built. Weekly updates, and a working link, not a status report about a status report.

  5. 05

Your team is trained on it

We train the people who will use it every day, on their own data, before go-live. If something takes more than one explanation, that is our design problem and we change it.

  6. 06

We stay on for what comes next

Rules change, the business grows, someone thinks of a better report. Monthly support keeps the same people available to change it.

Aligned with

Frameworks we work to.

We are not an audit firm and we do not issue certificates. We build and test against the standards your auditor, insurer or enterprise customer will ask about, and our reports are written to be handed straight to them.

Common questions

Frequently asked.

What services does Encrypt Bytes Labs offer?

Four disciplines. Custom Software & Automation covers process mapping, bespoke business systems, CRM and ERP, payroll, inventory, booking engines and reporting, engineered with security review built in. Websites & Digital Experience covers corporate sites, eCommerce, customer portals, mobile apps and cloud. Brand, Content & Growth covers identity, photography, drone cinematography, video, SEO and paid media. Infrastructure & Cyber Security covers penetration testing, server and network hardening, AI automation, CCTV, access control and managed IT. We also run a dedicated hospitality vertical.

What does Encrypt Bytes Labs do?

We are a complete digital partner working across four disciplines, usually more than one at a time. Secure custom software: booking platforms, CRM and ERP, payroll, inventory and reporting, built with security review inside the development process rather than after it. Websites and digital experience: corporate sites, eCommerce and customer portals. Brand, content and growth: identity, company profiles, photography, video, SEO and paid media. Cyber security and infrastructure: penetration testing, server and network hardening, CCTV, access control and managed IT.

Where is Encrypt Bytes Labs based?

In Sulthan Bathery, Wayanad, Kerala. We travel for on-site work across Kerala and the rest of India, and we work remotely with clients elsewhere, including Oman.

Why use one digital partner instead of separate vendors?

Because a booking taken on your website has to land in the system your staff use, over a network that has to be secure. Split across three suppliers, the joins between them are nobody's responsibility. Here they are ours, under one accountable lead.

How quickly do you respond to an enquiry?

Within one business day. The person who replies is the person who would lead the work.

Is security part of the build, or a separate engagement?

It is part of the build. The engineers who deliver penetration tests for our clients review what we ship, so per-role access, credential handling, encryption in transit and tested backups belong to the development work rather than a later audit. A formal assessment of a system we did not build is scoped separately.
